We are completely keyless! Enjoy this second floor 500+ square foot studio apartment with a full kitchen, beamed ceilings, and large windows! This unit features a couch, flat screen TV, queen sized bed, linens, detergent, and toiletries! Located on the outskirt of downtown Lynn, we are in close proximity to Boston, as well as Salem and other North Shore towns! Enjoy our smart TV and WiFi! The space This building used to be a headquarters for a local newspaper company. The building was built in 1900 and is considered historic! Guest access The building does not have any designated parking. However, the Lofts are located on the corner of Exchange St and Mt Vernon St and there is plenty of free street parking surrounding it. You can park on Silsbee St (one side) all day as there is no time limit. The MBTA Commuter Rail garage is $4/daily rate for parking. This is a 3 minute walk from Exchange St. Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions: • Is public transportation accessible? - Yes, we are less than a two minute walk to the commuter rail to North Station and Salem. It is the Newburyport/Rockport Line. • Can I do my laundry during my stay? - We have laundry machines on the second floor. They are coin-operated, $3.00 wash, $3.00 dry. • Am I able to drop off my luggage ahead of time? - Unfortunately we do not have a concierge or on-site staff, so we have no where for guests to put their luggage before their check-in. We do not allow guests to enter the Airbnb while our cleaners are working. • What if I forgot to log out of my streaming services? - Almost all streaming apps allow you to remotely log out of active devices in the settings section of your streaming service. • Do you provide coffee for guests? - Our Airbnbs are equipped with Keurig machines. We provide kcups, sugar, sweetener, and cream. • Does the Airbnb have anything I can cook with? - We have the basics - pots, pans, and cookware.
