The shaded patio and large in-ground pool overlook Mill Pond and ten acres of conservation land. The three acre property offers guests beautiful views, a perennial flower gardens and lush lawns -- a peaceful, private setting conveniently located next to ammenities and Cape attractions. Village shops and library are walking distance, Stop & Shop grocery store is under a one-mile drive, and the nearest beach is just under two miles. Main street shopping and dining is just a short drive away, which includes the Osterville Village (5 minutes) and Mashpee Commons (10 minutes). A beach pass will be included with your rental, allowing you access to eight Barnstable Town beaches -- some of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape! THE HOUSE: The +4500 square foot house has 12 rooms. The first floor includes a summer kitchen, an eat-in kitchen, dining room, den, large living room with baby grand piano, and a sun-room that overlooks the patio and pool area. On one side of the house, the second floor has five bedrooms, which includes one 2-bedroom suite and three full bathrooms. The other side of the house has a bright and airy master suite with beautiful views of the pond. The property manager lives on-site in separate dwelling. Whether it's a family vacation, or a peaceful retreat for artist, photographers, yoga etc this is the perfect place for a cape cod escape.
