It is near NYC 25min on Bus 114/113, Newark Airport 10Min, and many restaurants and stores. - Full bathroom shared - This private room is very spacious and nicely decorated. - Workspace is available - The WIFI is super-fast! - The room is equipped with central air, and a TV with cable including Netflix, etc. - Parking I'm sure you will have a great time! The space SPACE The space *You can easily self-check in and check out. This is a very pleasant, shared facility located on a quiet street. It is near NYC 25min on Bus 114/113, Newark Airport 10Min, and many restaurants and stores. The space is nicely decorated with a work area and guests have access to a full kitchen and laundry. You have access to super-fast Wi-Fi and cable tv with Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. The house has central air and free street or driveway parking. A GUEST GUIDE WITH A FEW INSTRUCTIONS 1. Bedroom • Please try to enjoy your meals in the kitchen or dining area. • A key will be provided for your room please do not misplace it. • No smoking allowed in the room or inside the property. 2. Bathroom • Full bathroom shared with other guests. • Please clean the bathroom after you use it to ensure a clean environment. • Please do not flush the wipes down the toilet place them in the little trash can. • Please use only what belongs to you. 3. Kitchen • The kitchen is a common area for you to use. • Pots and pan are in the right bottom corner. • Please only use the color cabinet provided to you for your food storage. • Top left you will find crockery. • The first draw right from the stove you will find cutlery. • After you have used the utensils, please rinse your dishes, and place them in the dishwasher. Once the washer is full, please use the liquid and switch on the dishwasher. • The silver fridge is off-limits. • The white fridge has color coding for you to place your cold foods. 4. Laundry • There is a Washer and Dryer available for use. • You will need to use your detergent. • Once your wash is complete the vent option will light up (Please vent) • After using the dryer, please check the filter in the dryer edge might be full of fluff. Please empty the filter and place it back in the dryer. • Laundry can be done up until 8 pm to ensure limited noise on the property. 5. Garbage and Parking • The garbage days are on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please place all the garbage in black bags the night before. • Once the bin in the kitchen is full place the bags in the Big Blue and Grey out the back door right corner. • Free parking is available on the street (Ensure you are facing the right direction when parking). • Be mindful on Mondays and Thursdays are Garbage days, Guests should comply with the parking regulations and requirements. According to the parking signs between 9-12, you need to park on the opposite side of the road, or you will be fined. • Parking is also available in the driveway. 6. CCTV and Air Conditioning • The property has cameras at the doors to monitor all entrances and exits. • The house has central air. One keypad is next to the bathroom on the wall and the downstairs keypad is above the tv in the lounge. 7. Getting around • Use Maps to get around. • To travel to Time Square download the New Jersey Transit app and register. The bus number you are booking is 114/113 which is one stop to Time Square from Hillside. Once you buy the ticket activate it to show the driver. • The bus can be located on Hillside Avenue you will get off at Port Authority/Time Square • Coming back to the house take the bus from Port Authority at GATE NUMBER 222 sign says BRIDGEWATER OR DUNELLEN bus 113/114 • Once you are on the bus you get off at the first stop, and you must press the button on the bus to notify the driver that you are requesting a stop. • WEEQUAHIC PARK is within walking distance from the house it has a lake and an area to relax. • World Trade Centre – Take an Uber to Newark Penn Station and take the Path Train on Platform 1. • 34 Street New York Penn Station – Take Uber to Newark Penn station and take the New Jersey Transit Train to New York Penn station. 7. Foodstuffs • Use Maps to get around. • Within walking distance, you will find the below, ➢ Walgreens or CVS (Pharmacy) ➢ Dunkin Doughnuts ➢ Convenience store 7 Eleven ➢ Shoprite (Grocery store option) • Seabra Supermarket (Hillside Shopping Centre) o Restaurants ➢ Mark Twain Diner ➢ First Watch Brunch ➢ Iron Bound Newark House Rules for your consideration • No loud noise or activities around the property at 11pm for a peaceful environment. The common areas would include the kitchen, laundry, lounge, and dining area. • Please be clothed in common areas to respect other guests. • Please leave shoes at the door when entering the house. • Please throw away your trash • Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them. • Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damage or breakages. • Turn off any electronics and close the windows when you leave the house. • No smoking Guest access - All guests have access to a fully functional kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry, and bathroom. During your stay I will be on-site to help guests with any questions or queries they might have Other things to note We are seeking decent guests that is able to respect the space as we welcome you in to accommodate you.
