This space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with laundry, kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen and Dining Room on main floor. We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! Please book by number of people staying over in the Airbnb as the price goes up by number of people staying. The space There are 3 separate bedrooms upstairs, they each include two twin beds with a closet. Living room has a daybed with a trundle, recliner, cable TV and DVD player. The upstairs also has an upper balcony overlooking the property. Both bathrooms are located upstairs as well. One includes a tub/shower, toilet and sink. The second includes a stand up shower, toilet, sink, and washer/dryer. On the lower level, there is a fully furnished kitchen and dining room table. Guest access The front door has a coded lock and there is plenty of parking space. Other things to note We have a third acre pond with lots of fish! There is also a putting green island. We have floating golf balls available. Please note there are wooden stairs to go upstairs to bedroom and bathrooms. Also a few steps from parking area.
