Enjoy the brightness and modern apartment, excellent for families or groups. We can accommodate 6ppl. Every room has a queen bed and a full sofa bed at the living area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Other things to note Washers and Dryers are located in a common area at the complex, there are not inside the apartment. We can provide keys for the washing room which is located next to the 1715 Building. Take ramp down to the basement. Also note please you need to use quarters. Laundry room is open daily from 8am to 9pm. Parking is available for a $15 dollar fee per day per car. Payment will be made by the time of checkout in Cash. In the event you would like to request parking you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In winter time, we provide heat at the property, as you know in NY and NJ heats are old systems, means the heat comes from the building, even thought you can control the amount of heat, you cant control if the heat its on or off. As a recommendation if you feel its too warm you can open the windows a little bit to produce circulation or turn on the AC.
