Welcome to the Brigantine Breeze! This 2nd floor condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Perfect for couples or families up to 5 people. We have a brand new sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the upstairs deck with a glimpse of the ocean! Only 1 block from the beach! This condo is just minutes to the nearest AC casinos, Brigantine restaurants, and shopping! Smart TVs in each room with streaming apps. No smoking. No pets. No big parties! The space This condo features: -Queen size bedroom with closet -Full size bedroom with closet. -Brand new sofa bed -Fully equipped kitchen. -2 FULL baths. -Outdoor patio table and chairs on the upstairs deck. -Keurig Coffee bar! -Smart Tv in the living room and bed rooms with streaming apps. (We have a basic cable package if you do not have your own streaming accounts.) - Wifi access. If you need to work on a laptop, there is a small table in the full sized bedroom or the kitchen table. -Outdoor shower to wash off beach sand. -2 parking spots -Small shed to store beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. (Provide your own) -Washer & dryer -Bed Linens and bath towels. -Five seasonal beach passes will be provided for use during your stay. Guest access Guests will have full access to the condo unit, 2 parking spots, and outdoor shower. Other things to note *No smoking, vaping, parties or dogs* -Check in is 3:00PM -Check out is 10:00AM June through August are peak season so we will require 7 days minimum. Saturday check in & Saturday check out.
