Conveniently located we are less than 10 minutes from Interstate. 15 to 20 minute drive from airport, City Park, French Quarter, Superdome, Tulane and Loyola Universities and lakefront. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants within 5 minutes. Please read all house rules and descriptions of different areas. The space One off Street parking place is available for 1st come use. Street parking is plentiful and safe. Feel free to use outdoor space. Enjoy sitting under Pergola. Smoking permitted outside. Please clean up after yourself. Guest access There is a coffee maker in room. It is stocked with coffee choices and cream and sugar. If you need to refrigerate or freeze anything, let us know, we are happy to make space. Feel free to enjoy Living and dining area. If you use kitchen for any meal preparation please clean up after yourself. When you are finished in guest bathroom, please take anything personal back to your room to keep counter clear. Also take personal bath towels and hang them on hooks in guest bedroom. Please do not leave any exterior or interior doors open, we do not want cats or dogs to escape or get closed in bedrooms or in the bathrooms. Other things to note We have 2 doga and 3 cats, please make sure to close bedroom and bathroom doors as these are pet free zones. And PLEASE NEVER leave outside doors open or cracked for any length of time. We do not want pets outside. You are welcome to use kitchen if you want to cook meals or need to freeze anything. Also, feel free to use outdoor space in front. Please clean up after yourself.
