Relax and enjoy the views from any deck, walk less than 5 minutes to the beach or Brigantines seawall. Great area for biking or fishing. There is plenty of parking & you'll be close to restaurants, shops, and weekly Farmers Markets. Lots to do on the island - 6 beach tags are provided. Pet allowed ($200 fee) The space This full house listing offers all guests a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, back room for storage or office work, and outside rear deck on the first floor living area. There is also an outside shower. There are 2 full bathrooms (one upstairs with shower/tub and one downstairs with shower/tub}. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a large closet and deck with views of the nearby bay and ocean. The back deck is gated for animals and children and great for family gatherings/grilling overlooking the Brigantine golf course and watching sunsets. There are tv's in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Guest access The entire house is available for guest access. There is an outside shed to store any bikes, beach gear or golf clubs. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are provided but you may bring your own if you prefer. General necessities are limited (paper towels, trash bags, bath and dish soaps, toilet paper, etc.) so please bring what you need. There is a coffee maker, Keurig machine and blender available House-trained dogs are allowed for an additional fee No parties or events are allowed No smoking is allowed on the premises. Exterior video cameras at all entry points for guest safety. Automatic door lock for guest safety. There is a non-working fireplace in the living room.
