Our Private Guesthouse is close to the art & culture of MidCity, LSU campus, great parks & the Town Center/Bocage Shopping district. Just a 15 minute drive from BTR Airport. You’ll love our place because it is the perfect private escape in the middle of an old, established, luxury neighborhood of Baton Rouge. With private entrance, and your own ensuite kitchenette, our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space Our guest house is a 750 sq. ft. recently remodeled open space concept. For sleeping arrangements there is a queen bed, and a couch that folds out into full size bed. The fold out has a air over spring technology, so it is superior to your average foldout scenario. The space is very open and well lit. There is an ensuite kitchenette complete with dishwasher, double stove and a refrigerator. You will have all the comforts of home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire guest house, pool and yard. Feel free to use anything in the refrigerator. Guests also have private shared access of the laundry room at the rear of the main house. You will have on property parking. Other things to note We are around the corner from a great shopping center which includes Whole Foods Market, PF Changs, Zea's Restaurant, Flemings Steakhouse and shopping. We are conveniently located 3 miles from the interstate, 6 miles from LSU and 9 miles from the airport.
