Great ocean view condo!!

Newly renovated, (new flooring, appliances and bathroom upgrades) newly furnished (non-smoking) condo offers incredible ocean views, amazing sunrises and close to everything Brigantine has to offer. Brigantine is a quaint town with beautiful beaches, and if you choose the excitement of Atlantic City, it is a short drive away (as a reference the condo to Harrah's is 3.1 miles, the Hard Rock Cafe is 4.3 miles) The unit does provide sheets and towels, just not beach towels. The space This oceanfront condo has 2 great balconies to enjoy the ocean view from. The unit contains 2 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. The master is a queen bed; the second bedroom contains a queen and a twin bed. You can also enjoy the view from the fully equipped kitchen which is open to the living room (contains a sleeper sofa). Unit has high speed WIFI, 2 flat screen TVs, and a full-size washer and dryer. The beautiful large beach is just a short walk away through the dunes (from the street adjacent to the complex to thru the dunes is .20 of a mile) Guest access Guests have a designated parking spot as well as a guest pass for guest parking. Guests have access to the pool, open 11-6. The pool is open on Sat - Sun from Memorial Day through Father's Day, then is open daily through Labor Day. The condo is on the 3rd and 4th floors on the building; guest will have one flight of stairs to reach the condo door and then another to enter the unit. Other things to note The fire code allows for 5 guests. There are great restaurants in town, Andres, the Crab Shack (take out or some outdoor seating), Cordivari's, LaScala Beach Bar, The Cove, The Cellar, Brigantine Bistro, Jersey Cow ice cream to name a few...
