Your paradise is Located at 75-5919 Alii Drive unit CC1 kona Hawaii. The home is literally walking distance to everything. We are a couple of blocks south of the Royal Kona Hotel right in Kona. This beautiful and spacious townhome is equipped with everything a family could possibly want. The town home is two stories. There are two bathrooms two bedrooms upstairs. There's a full third bedroom downstairs and a full bathroom downstairs. Beautiful dining room, living room and kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you could imagine. We have two wonderful lanais, one upstairs one downstairs with ocean views. There's also a spacious, comfy office/ loft upstairs. The office/ loft is fully equipped with a desk , chairs and a printer. There is a queen size bed in this room as well for the ironman event. The office/loft also has beautiful ocean views. watch the whales and boats go by while you work. We offer air conditioning . AC is very expensive in Hawaii. We can unlock the system should you want AC. The fee is $500. additional for 30 days. Should you choose to use the air conditioner We please ask that you act very conservative. We try to offer this additional lower rate for the electric use, and it should suffice as long as you shut the AC to 7 9 or 80° when you're out of the house . Also, keep all windows and doors shut constantly. Should the humidity get in while the air conditioning is running or you put the air conditioning too low, it will freeze up and shut off. Monthly stays may require guests to have a bi weekly cleaning . There is an additional cleaning fee due at time of booking. $200. for interior of home and 250. including linens. We can sleep 5 to 6 people As long as the group is neat, clean and courteous to neighbors. We asked that they're never smoking in the home nor around the home as this is a smoke-free development. This is a very very spacious townhome in Alii Cove. We are right smack in the heart of Kona town. The town home is about 2 blocks South of the Royal Kona hotel with spectacular ocean viewsviews. Please look up this location, and you will see the beauty of where you will be staying . This is the friendliest complex with travelers from around the world. The gathering place is around the pool and the barbecue area . Our complex has the nicest pool and biggest spa in all of Kona. We have a gym as well and BBQ area. Our management team and employees keep the property beautified and the amenities sparkling clean. Live with Aloha and explore our island. Enjoy walking to town from our spacious town home. It's about an 8 to 15 minute walk and can be a little shorter if you're a fast Walker. It's a very safe environment and a beautiful neighborhood. We are 2 blocks South of the Royal Kona hotel. You can also rent a bike and keep it in the community. Uber and lyft are also available in our town. We have the Kona trolley here. It is a free service through the town. It can also take you to the stores and shops. We suggest you get on it and watch the route and where it goes and use it when you need it to cut down on traffic and parking fees. You can look this up online, and your first pick up is in front of the Royal Kona hotel 2 blocks away. It makes getting around and sightseeing a breeze. Please look up the kona hotel. We are just two blocks south of that. One of the most convenient places to be in the whole island. You can walk to everything you will need and we also have a parking space for your car. This is a gated community which is very private and exclusive.
