Only 12 minutes walk to Journal Sq Path train station (Path train can take you to the World Trade Center in 10 minutes or West 33rd Street Mid-town NYC in 20 minutes). The space NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. NO BURNING OF INCENSE AND NO BURNING OF CANDLES. The Airbnb booking space is located on the second floor. Your own bathroom and kitchenette. NO SHARING ANYTHING. Front door entrance goes directly to airbnb suite without need to access the host lower level area. For those driving, please note there is free on street parking. It is usually convenient to find a spot along the street. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. Other things to note A verified government ID is required for booking this suite in my home. Please upload before attempting to book this location. Also a clear upclose face photo with no sunglasses, for security purposes of all guest. The person who books the suite must stay in the suite. No booking for family or friends ever allowed. Thank you. The cleaning fee does not include washing dishes and garbage removal.
