Our kid-friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has a fantastic back yard. There are walking trails throughout the neighborhood, with several parks, shops & restaurants close by. Coupled with a central location, it's the perfect place to stay & take advantage of all Missoula has to offer. *This home was listed/rented here prior to a break for remodeling. The house has been updated and carefully maintained. The main level has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. The living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 baths, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry area are located on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and French-doors that walk out to the back deck. There is a bunk bed with a twin over full in the 2nd bedroom, and twin-size bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is also plenty of space in the living room for airbeds, should you need extra sleeping space. The living room offers comfy seating, a gas fireplace, flat screen tv, & music. The living room opens to the back yard through 2 sets of French-doors. We have a propane grill and ample seating on the deck. The back yard is huge, private, and fully fenced. We have a sandbox and large play structure to keep the kids entertained. There is a pack and play for use, upon request. Wi-fi service is provided throughout the house, as well as wifi/broadband internet, Netflix/Hulu, etc. The house also has central air for the hot summer months. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. We strive to provide you with a place that makes you feel at home and provides you with the essentials. We occupy the home for a large part of the year, therefore there will be closets, and storage that are locked and to be undisturbed (although we remove anything of value). We ask guests to respect our home, as you would your own. Please let us know if you have any specific requests. Other things to note ** This home was previously listed on this site.
