Located 20-25 min from Midtown Manhattan by bus across the street or Ferry. The building has an elevator and an additional entrance through the parking deck for easy access. A Private parking spot is available for A fee. Live in an upscale safe neighborhood with restaurants, "City place" shopping center, all within walking distance. Accommodates up to 2 guests. The space The room is private with its own bathroom for complete privacy. The other room might be occupied by your lovely host, me :) while i'm in the country. If you see me in the apartment, ask about my home-made bread. I bake the best bread. As this is one bedroom out of two bedrooms, you may share common area as the kitchen and living room with the host, or you might have it all for yourself depending on availability. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT OR IN THE BUILDING ________ There are 2 entrances to the apartment, the main one from river rd and the 2nd entrance is private from the back parking deck which is at the same level as the apartment. The living room is huge and there's an open chef kitchen with everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay. ________ This amazing apartment serves as a base between my frequent travels. I'm mostly out of the country. My home office is between the kitchen and the living room and when i'm there i work from the apartment . You might see some personal stuff around the apartment, so please be respectful and take extra care. It's modernly furnished and fully equipped. Guest access Starter Supplies: 2 towels per guest plus hand towels Body wash, Shampoo, conditioner need to be bought by guest Iron and Iron board Blow dryer Toilet paper, paper towels (Please note that we do NOT provide an unlimited set of supplies, we only provide a starter supply) w/d supply need to be bought by guest During your stay You can contact me anytime and the best way is via what's app , since i travel a lot and i do not see text or email all time. Other things to note 1. You are booking a private bedroom & bath NOT an entire apartment. 2. We are located on a small side street w/potential noise in the morning as we are located in a Prime location. 3. There is an elevator - plus a few Stairs to climb to the penthouse level. but if you come from the back entrance you can enter directly to the apartment with no stairs. 4. The properties are managed remotely as I'm traveling around the world. I'm available via Airbnb app, whats app 24/7 or email for any query before, during and after your stay so my team on site will be able to take care of everything if needed.
