Tropical Kona Coast View

Enjoy the beautiful views from the lanai of our Tropical home at a cooler elevation of 1650 ft. The home is designed with space and comfort in mind. Ceiling fans in every room. Dine inside or out. Fall asleep to the sounds of nature.(frogs, roosters etc) earplugs provided too. The primary room offers a King sz bamboo bed & has access to the covered deck (lanai). Fall asleep to the rustling of our bananas trees. We are about 10 min from the airport, Costco, Kona Town, best beaches on Hawaii 🌺 The space You will be staying on the second floor all by yourselves in about 1300 sf living and a 300 sf Lanai. There are 4 tables, one main table seats up to 8 along with others seating 2-3 and also 4 TV trays along with 2 seats at the breakfast bar. The primary Bedroom is large enough to add either 1-2 twins or a queen blowup mattresses or feel free to put them in the large living room. Take a walk around our 1/2 acre lot and see the butterfly garden, citrus trees and many other plants we have. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles at the home. (One spot could be on other side of the garden) Please note, this is a no shoe and no smoking home and quiet hours are 9pm - 7am. Mahalo 🌺 Guest access You will have access to the entire outside, plus all of the upstairs. Hosts may be staying in the Ohana (Apartment) downstairs. Other things to note If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please dont hesitate to ask. The Big Island is named appropriately with lots to see and do. We can help with knowing places to go and enjoy while you are here including the boat harbor just 5 miles away with fishing, whale watching, snorkeling and other boating excursion. Short and long Hiking trails as well.
