Sports Membership so Guest passes are available for purchase at Linx for use of pools, hot tubs and gyms. Additional costs for use of courts may apply. Bike rail trail, Ice cream store, great restaurants, coffee, beaches and Kayak/Bike rentals are all close by. The space Bright and clean and recently renovated throughout and professionally cleaned after each stay! First floor master with very comfortable memory foam king bed and newly renovated full bath with tiled walk in shower, tiled floor with radiant heat and washer/dryer stack in closet. Second floor has spacious loft accessed via circular staircase, very comfortable queen bed, two memory foam twin beds and newly renovated full bath with glass doored tub. Living room has a bright work space, 55" smart TV for your subscribed streaming services (no cable TV) and High Speed Wifi included. Games, books and poker chips are ready for fun. Newly installed kitchen features granite counters, all new Samsung appliances including Dishwasher, Electric Stove and Fridge with ice maker. Raised counter space/bar with two bar stools, dining table for seating of 4 ready and all kitchen essentials available for in house eating. Three new mini-splits provide Air Conditioning/Heat throughout and large french door leads to patio with southern exposure views of the golf course. Grill and outdoor furniture are ready for afternoon cocktails and dinner. Guest access This unit has a Schlage keypad for easy access and no key is needed. Passcode is provided 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. There is also a Ring doorbell/camera for exterior security purposes only. No internal cameras! This unit has Sports Membership access so guests will be registered with the OE Resort, upon request, so they can purchase passes from Ocean Edge to enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, hot-tubs and gyms located across the resort. Fees are determined by Ocean Edge and subject to change without notice. Other things to note Ocean Edge Villages is a gated community with entrances from both Rt 137 and Rt 6A. Guards are on duty 9a-9p and can provide a guest parking tag upon arrival. Announce you are renting at 73 Trevor and your length of your stay. Access is open when not occupied. This unit is installed with an exterior Ring doorbell camera only for security reasons or so that I can assist guests using the exterior door Schlage keypad. No interior cameras or any monitoring exists or occurs.
