Come and enjoy our cozy apartment near Kinkaid Lake. We live a quarter of a mile for the lake and it is easy access with a boat launch. We are also near the Azealia Trail and many other hiking trails. If you enjoy fishing feel free bring your boat and go fishing or skiing. We are also close to Johnny Downs sports complex. We are minutes away from Alexandria where there are plenty of restaurants. The apartment is very cozy with an updated modern feel. The space is an open floor concept with a bathroom that is private. The backyard is around an acre fenced in. The entire backyard. Anything that is on ground level is appropriate for our guests. Our neighborhood is small. All parking will be provided on the left side of the property. The parking space is a concrete area.
