Private 2-Bedroom with large patio

This is a private 2-bedroom unit with a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. There is a large deck space for outdoor dining and grilling, as well as a 36 ft. x 18 ft. pool that guests could use in the summer months The house is located within walking distance to NY Waterway Terminal and Bayshore Waterfront Park; 10-minute drive to Keansburg Amusement Park and Waterpark; and 15-minute drive to Sandy Hook & Sea Bright beaches! We have bikes and you are welcome to use them to explore the area! Guest access The swimming pool is opened during the summer months. It is not heated and set up primarily for the owner's own use. Guests are welcome to use the pool during the stay at their own risk and responsibilities. Children and adults who cannot swim should not be allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by someone who can swim. Other things to note Families with young children should monitor them closely when using the outdoor deck. They should not be allowed to go down the steps and access the backyard and the swimming pool areas.
