This home is a quaint, waterfront oasis, with space to enjoy friends and family inside or outside. It is just minutes by foot, car and/or boat to restaurants, bars and many water events. With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time. Come and see why this is OUR happy place, and it could quickly become your happy place. The space This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath that has enough beds for 5 people. Both bedrooms and the living room have wall mounted televisions that can access Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Disney + etc. The large attached porch is where so many spend the bulk of their time. Just bring a bluetooth speaker and some good food to put on the grill and have an amazing time hanging with your family and friends! Other things to note We have the house stocked with so many items, however there are a few things we don't provide. Those items are toiletres, towels for your boat, life jackets, a boat with a motor, rope to tie up your boat and bumpers for your boat. The boat slip is 21ft long. The canal is a NO WAKE ZONE so please be respectful of that. If you choose to bring your boat we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your boat while it is parked at "Our Happy Place!" We haven't had any issues to date but want to keep it that way. With all of that being said you may park your boat in the slip or along the bulkhead, whichever makes you more comfortable. All we ask is that you don't block the canal to where others can't pass. We hope that "Our Happy Place!" can provide the R&R that you may be looking for !
