Camper/RV in Sussex

At “Tiki Timbers” you get a genuine camping experience w/modern "glamping" amenities AND your own private Tiki bar! This beautiful 2020 Jayco camper is nested away on a beautiful mountain campsite. It truly is the best of both worlds: the great outdoors w/all the comforts of home! This stationary RV rental is located in Tall Timbers campground, which is a beautiful getaway on a private 15-acre lake w/a beach, clubhouse, 2 pools (Mem. Day thru Labor Day), playgrounds, sports fields & fishing! The space On one end of the camper is the master bedroom with sliding doors for privacy with a "short queen" (RV-sized queen) bed that also has an awesome 4" memory foam mattress topper! On the other end of the trailer you will find sturdy double over double bunks (full sized mattresses on both). Kitchen has RV-sized fridge, a 3 burner propane cooktop, microwave and sink. In the same main area, there is a booth dinette and a two-person sofa (both of which fold down into additional sleeping spaces). There's also an outdoor kitchen attached to the camper that has a sink, mini-fridge, and 2-burner stove. Kitchen has basic utensils and cooking equipment. If you need anything during your stay that isn't already there, just give us a call, we probably have it at one of our other campsites. The bathroom is small but has a toilet, small shower, and sink. There is hot water, but it's a small water heater, so shower quickly! Outside, there is a fire pit with a tripod grill for cooking over the coals, as well as a 4-burner propane grill. Propane is provided for the grill, but firewood is not. We can help you find firewood for purchase locally. And, of course, there is the super awesome Tiki bar, which you will have all to yourself! (No adult beverages are included, but we're happy to help you find the closest liquor store). About the campground facilities: **WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN IN ALL COMMON AREAS** POOLS: (Memorial Day thru Labor Day only): One of the two pools (the "Mountainside Pool") is a short (5-7 min) walk away. There is a bit of a hill, but it's not too bad. The other pool (the "Lakeside Pool") and the beach would be about a 20-25 min walk. It's better to drive to those. There is parking down there. There are playgrounds near both pools. There is a pickle ball court near the Mountainside Pool, and there is a basketball court by the beach. There are soccer fields a short walk from the beach. Also at the beach is the "Bear Cave" which is a clubhouse of sorts, with videos games and game tables (pool tables, ping pong, etc.) Fishing is allowed at the lake, but it is "catch and release" only. Other things to note CHECKING IN: Self-check in is available at the campground office between the hours of 3pm and 5pm. If you must arrive after 5pm, please contact us to arrange for an alternate check-in method, which may require making a stop to meet up with us or one of our helpers on your way to the campground. CAMPGROUND RULES & REGULATIONS: This camper is in a gated campground with security guards that occasionally patrol the premises. These are the campground rules. We can be fined if our guests break them, so please thoroughly respect these rules! If the security guards issue our site a fee during your stay, we unfortunately would have to pass that onto you. **WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN IN ALL COMMON AREAS** “No parking is allowed on the side of the roads.” Please ensure that all of your party’s vehicles are parked in the campsite driveway. You are only permitted to have the number of vehicles that you indicated on your AirBNB registration. Please do not invite additional guest vehicles into the campground without contacting us first. “Fires CANNOT be higher than 3 feet. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CAMPFIRES TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME! Make sure to check the fire advisory sign as you enter the campground to see if fires are permitted.” PLEASE COMPLETELY EXTINGUISH YOUR CAMPFIRE WITH OUR HOSE BEFORE GOING INSIDE FOR THE NIGHT OR LEAVING THE CAMPGROUND. “Quiet hours are everyday from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.” NO PARTIES ALLOWED! “Every dog shall be maintained under control (leashed) at all times and shall not be permitted to create a public health or noise nuisance. Animal waste shall be removed immediately and disposed of in a sanitary manner.” OUR PET POLICY: Well-behaved housebroken pets with up-to-date vaccinations and flea/tick treatments are welcome for an extra cleaning fee ($25 per stay, charged through AirBNB during booking). Pets must be leashed, tethered, or otherwise contained at all times. OUR SMOKING POLICY: -NO smoking nor vaping of any substance INSIDE of the camper. -Smoking is allowed OUTDOORS so long as you safely dispose of any cigarette butts.
