About the space Both Bedrooms offer queen size beds, dressers, double closets and 40" Smart TVs, Fresh Linens and Towels. Master Bedroom also offers a desk. Living room area includes a sofa bed (converts to a queen size) , a coffee table, a desk, a window A/C and a brand new 50 inch smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and lots of dishes/cutlery and a dining table . There is one bathroom. Free WiFi available for our guests. Shared washer and dryer available in the basement (coin operated $1.50 for wash and 50 cents for dryer) Utilities include in the final price. About us My name is Robert. I'm an Architect and I live and work in Manhattan. I was born in New York City, but I spent alot of time years ago living/ studying and working abroad and I love to help foreigners and especially foreign students. I have renovated this apartment myself in 2019, and I love to host. I invested a lot of effort in designing and renovating this cozy and lovely apartment that offers guests anything they need during their stay, as well as surrounding guests with modern Art and a modern Interior Design.
