Quiet, little bayside road!

Our Cape Cod home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, minutes away from all our seaside town has to offer. Close by, the ferries to Martha's Vineyard, beaches, dining, shopping & these wedding venues: Bourne Farm, Coonamessett, Flying Bridge, Sea Crest, New Seabury & Willowbend. Bring your bikes to enjoy our beautiful 10.7 mile Shining Sea Bikeway or rent bikes from Corner Cycle, with delivery service. Please read our house & safety rules before inquiring. The space Our home has 2 queen bedrooms, one includes a single bed. Modern bathroom and a hot water outdoor shower. We have a large sunny deck with stairs to a fenced in yard. Central AC. Quick drive or short bike ride to our beautiful Falmouth beaches. The popular Falmouth Road Race is 4 miles from our home. Quaint Woods Hole is 8 miles. Our beaches in West Falmouth have amazing sunsets! See the map at bottom of listing page for location view. We have a guest info notebook about the house, beaches, restaurants and stores. Beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels are provided for our guests. Area Guide Book listed on our Airbnb listing. Guest access The entire home with a large, second story deck with an open stairway to a fenced in private back yard with a grill and picnic table. The lower level of the home has a locked maintenance and storage area. The homeowners and/or maintenance people may be there during your stay to mow, water outdoor plants & take trash barrels out on pick up days. We will only access your rental space if there is an emergency. We have a large driveway and occasionally our RV and/or our Jeep may be parked on one side (we are not staying in it). Our home is walking distance to our neighborhood bay and a short bike ride to 3 beaches. Other things to note Coffee, tea, creamer, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are provided. Please note: the home has a second story deck off the living room that has an open stairway to the yard. The lower level of the house has a locked storage space. Occasionally, if necessary, the owner or another property maintenance person may be there to address any issue or maintain the property, we have a neighbor who waters our outside gardens. No one will access your rental area unless there is an emergency.
