15 min to NYC -Entire apartment

Your own private studio with a queen size bed plus TV area and bathroom. There's a microwave and small fridge. Studio is in a 2 family home in a very quiet street. 15 mins to NYC by bus. 15 mins to Hoboken by light rail. You can take the path from Hoboken to NYC The space Private studio with a TV and its own bathroom. Studio has a Queen size bed and a toddler bed. If requested, We have a pull out couch that turns into a full size bed. If youll be needing this, please let me know prior to your stay. The apartment is 4 flight of stairs up. Mini buses take you to NYC in 15 mins. We are about 2 min walk to the bus stop and 3 min walk away from the light rail. We are close to the West New York ferry station as well (8Min ) Please take a look at my pictures to get an idea of where you can take the bus. We have tons of Latin restaurants all around us. Walk to Boulevard East to take in the magnificent NYC views and also catch the bus to NYC there. Dunkin Donuts is within walking distance and fast food chain restaurants too. please note, parking is not available on the premises. Guest access Wifi and Netflix Other things to note Please treat the place as your own. Please leave it in the same condition you found it. Please take linens and towels and pile it on the floor before you leave. Place does not have a stove. Please request sofa bed prior to your stay. Additionally, you will need to go up about 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
