Dear Guests, please read my house rules and my information on my page in detail. My rules and cancellation policy are strict. The apt is 15 min walking distance to Journal Sq Path Station to take you to WTC in 15 min. The apt in a three unit brownstone building has just been renovated completely. It's a beautiful, clean and comfortable place. Cosmopolitan and safe neighborhood. Close to all. I'm always nearby and respond to your questions right away. If you want a worry-free stay, this is it. The apt is on the second floor. You share the entrance with two other apartments. Main entrance is half a flight up from the street level. Then there's one flight up to the apt. When you open the door, you enter the main living room with sitting, dining areas and the open kitchen. The door to the bathroom is right next to the main entrance and kitchen area. From the sitting area, there's a door to the bedroom. A small room which can be used as storage/office/walk in closet opens up to the bedroom. I have light blocking curtains in the bedroom. There's ample closet space. Lots of light in living room and bathroom. This is a cosmopolitan, busy neighborhood. Street parking is free bu on the main street limited to 2hrs. You need to follow the cleaning days and hours when you park on other streets. Finding a parking spot is very difficult. This is a highly populated city and not different from New York City when it comes to parking. I do not offer parking and am not responsible if you can't find a street parking spot. There are parking lots and garages in 4-8 blocks away for a daily fee. To go to the nearest path station, Journal Sq, all you need to do is to walk for 15 min. You can also call Uber or Via (shared van) or take a Citibike or bus to the station. Most great restaurants, cafes and bars are in downtown, Jersey City. I recommend you to take an Uber or Via to reach them unless you love to walk for about a half hour. We are in the neighborhood. I respond every text as soon as I can, most of the time within a half hour. Cosmopolitan and safe neighborhood STREET PARKING: If you are planning to come with a car, you're lucky if you can find a spot on the street. Jersey City is a highly populated city and parking is not any easier than parking in NYC. So beware! It's better not to come with a car. If you find parking on the street, during the week, you need to be careful about street cleaning days and hours where you park. 15 min walking distance to Journal Square Path. If you take the path train to World Trade Center, it takes 15 min max by path. If you wish to go to 33rd St in Manhattan, it takes 20-25 min depending on the time of the day. So please do not ask me if my neighborhood is safe.
