Amazing Downtown Loft in Baton Rouge - 3rd Street

In the heart of Downtown BR on iconic 3rd St. This chic loft is within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. The space Great open floor plan. Kitchen is wide open and has plenty of room to spread out if you wish to cook a meal. Kitchen bar doubles as a solid workspace. Coffee, a couple of a snacks, and a few beers will be there for your arrival. Kitchen opens up into the living room where you will have a comfortable sitting area for hanging out. There is a TV with an Apple TV hooked up which has content from Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, etc. As well as a massive collection of iTunes Movies. The bedroom has a queen bed and is up a few steps on a platform that has a sliding door for a bit of privacy. Small closet to hang your clothes and a few shelves to place your folded items. The two bedside lamps have built in USB ports for easy device charging. The Bathroom has a full shower tub duo. Shampoo/Conditioner, soap and towels are provided. You will also find the washer in dryer in the bathroom closet. OnSite parking is not available. Guest access The second story has a balcony. You are free to access it at any time. I will include pictures of how to access in the guide book. Other things to note You will access our apartment from a key box in the lobby. The key will have a fob that you will swipe in the elevator to access the third floor. (Guide will be available through app upon booking) Friendly Reminder that these Lofts are above two bars and a night club that share the building. Thursday - Saturday there will be music and a lot of activity in the building. 3rd St. is our entertainment street in downtown BR, so the nightlife is wonderful if that's what you are here for. This is a downtown apartment, so you will be opting between street parking (Metered from 8a-6p) or paid lots. The closest lot can be found on Convention St. between 3rd and 4th street.
