Private Unit - Kauai Beach Resort

Enjoy an amazing sunrise from your private patio, looking over beautiful Nukoli'i Beach Park, with a small ocean view. You are just a couple of minutes walk away from the beach. Located in building 3 of Kauai Beach Resort and Spa, a 4-star resort in the perfect location. Just a short 10-minute drive to the airport and Lihue town, yet located right on Kauai beach. The resort includes two pools, two hot tubs, beach bar, gym, 2 restaurants, concierge/lobby service, and even a water slide! The space 1 super comfy queen bed + 1 full/double bed. Room includes good wifi, coffee maker, mini fridge, TV, shower, beach towels, and some extras for kids (boogie board, etc) Guest access Important- guests staying with us do NOT pay the daily "resort fee" and therefore there are just a few restrictions - they do not get access to the towels given at the resort, and they do not have access to the resort "activities" such as Ukelele classes. You DO have full access to the pool, jacuzzi, gym, and all areas of the hotel, just like any normal hotel guest. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: The Kauai Beach Resort is currently undergoing some renovations that will continue until July 2026. The hotel's lobby is under renovation now, which is affecting mainly the way you do the check-in, as they have moved the front desk to an alternative entrance, which you will be guided to by the hotel staff. When in your room, you can't hear noises from its remodel at all, as they are far from our unit, so you should be able to rest well, if the weather says it will rain you will still get a nice sun as well as it is a tropical place, but if you plan on doing hiking, bring your hiking boots for your safety. We ask that if you have any issues, contact us first, and we will coordinate with the hotel to fix it so you can have a better experience and do not have to wait for help. The TV was just upgraded, but we regret to inform you that the hotel is still working on its wifi connection for the TVs specifically, so you will not be able to use the Apps there, but we have good channels, including cartoons for kids and sports in general. The hotel has also removed its laundromat temporarily, and you would have to drive nearby in case you need to wash your clothes. A daily parking fee of $40/night is required if you have a car with you. This is paid directly to the resort, and we have no control over this one. Booking does not include any mid-stay cleanings or room service. This is available at an extra charge of $75 and should be scheduled ahead of time.
