This third-floor room with a queen-size bed and a large desk is in a residential, very quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. It has a private bathroom on the third floor which is only for guests. Your room is on the third floor of the house which is exclusively for guests. It has new bamboo flooring and a comfortable queen-size bed. One mattress can be added for a third person. There is a full, private bathroom next to your room. A fridge, exclusively for guests, is at your disposition on the first floor. Weather permitting you might enjoy sitting on the screened-in porch or the deck. I will be at home if you arrive past 3 p.m. on weekdays. I'm usually around on weekends. If I am not at home, I will text you a code for my front door. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet. You can ride your bike on The Bedford Narrow Gauge Rail Trail that passes through our street. The trail goes through Bedford, Lexington, Arlington to Alewife station. We can gladly lend you our bikes if needed. Fawn Lake is at the end of the street. This is a great place to take walks or even ice skate in the winter! We also have a school in our neighborhood with a playground, a field, and basketball courts. You will need your own car. There is no subway and the only bus connection we have takes a long time to get you into Boston. Concord and Lexington are 10-15 minutes away. With no traffic we are about 30 minutes away from Logan airport, Cambridge and Boston. There is ample parking in my driveway.
