SPRING PROMOTION! April Showers Bring...a discount at a Place in the Park. Nothing is better than visiting Boji as it wakes up for the summer! Our cottage is located in the heart of Lake Okoboji! Park your car and WALK to all the action! Our cozy, newly remodeled cottage is located in the heart of Arnold's Park. Our home is a short walk to all of the main attractions--Arnold's Park, Preservation Plaza, the beach, shops, restaurants, public docks for fishing, and more! Bring your watercraft, as there is a dock on beautiful West Lake Okoboji. The dock is a short walk from the cottage and less than a block from Arnold's Park Amusement Park. Private parking, back yard, deck, and fire pit. Please expect us to come and go from the outside of the property as we need to get the trash and recycling out to the curb and take care of the lawn. We may also need to get into the house, but we will also contact our guests first. We live in a quiet neighborhood. Our driveway is shared with a neighbor, but there is private parking on the north side of the house. There is also ample parking on the street in the front of the house. Park your vehicle and plan to walk! All the hot spots are located less than three blocks away. Should you wish to venture further away, Uber, Lyft and two taxi services are available. The Internet is provided for guests. All TVs are equipped with a ROKU streaming device. Guests will need to use their personal Netflix, Youtube Live, Hulu, etc accounts to watch tv or movies. Cable is not provided.
