An area specially designed for entertainment. can rent party barge on request The space Our red-roofed, waterfront camp has a spacious open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large back deck, a pier, and a private pool. It also includes an add-on gaming area perfect for a private adult or kid space! Indoor area: Game Room: Foosball table, high-top table and chairs, and games Kitchen - fully equipped with a blender, slow cooker, cooking utensils, dishes, serving trays, a microwave, toaster, a fridge, stove/oven, and a coffee area. It also has a large island -- with 2 barstools -- that opens to the living room. Living Room - a spacious area with sofa and large chair , tv, fireplace, a coffee table, rug, and windows with a view of the water. Mud Room - extending off of the kitchen and living room, this extra mudroom leads to the large outdoor deck area. Dining Room - 8 person dining table and bar area with wine and cocktail glasses Master Bedroom - comes with a king sized bed lots of shelving for clothing storage, and its own private bathroom Master Bathroom - has a stand-up shower, private toilet room, and double sinks Bedroom 2- queen bed Bedroom 3 - queen bed Bedroom 4- full bed Outdoor area: Private pool - gated in ground pool located between the main house and outhouse. Multi-level back deck - wrap around bench, 2 layout chairs, and a large table with 4 chairs Guest access we have covered parking for 2 cars and you can park more cars on driveway. We do have additional parking for many boats, jet skis, RVs etc. across the street so just ask. Other things to note This camp is down right on the lake so you will be parking on an incline and there are steps. Take that in mind before booking. We also have lots of wildlife on False River: turtles, otters, mink, coons, many different species of bugs that can be quite plentiful at times, alligators, fish, eagles, herons, ducks and many other birds, water spiders, and water snakes which are almost impossible to get rid of and plenty more wildlife that makeup our False River ecosystem.
