The space THE STUDIO: ~400 SQ FT, NEWLY BUILT (2019) – Tiny-home inspired with a hidden private entrance. ~KITCHENETTE – Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishes, utensils, and large basin sink with Moen pull-down spray. Note: no stove. ~LIVING AREA – Cozy sofa that pulls out to a Queen memory foam bed, large flat-screen cable TV. Ideal for one adult or two small children. ~LOFT – Stunning winding wooden staircase to the upper sleeping area with a comfortable Queen bed and desk for a workspace. Vintage barn beams in the loft ceiling. ~DINING – Charming pub table. ~BATHROOM – En suite with sink, toilet, and shower. ~WI-FI – High-speed internet and cable TV throughout. *Optional car rental available during your stay - book separately via Turo Local attractions: Visitors can hit the slopes at the Nashoba Valley Ski Area. A year-round destination, thanks to its hiking and biking trails and sights like The Butterfly Place, an indoor living environment for butterflies from all over the globe. Guest access OTHER DETAILS: ~Private entrance means complete privacy and flexible check- in anytime after 4 PM. ~Plenty of parking available. Guests will receive the directions and all the information needed to get to my place a day or two before their reservation starts. Other things to note Note: I run another Airbnb unit in the back of the barn, so you might see cars there. Your space is entirely separate and private.
