This family, second story walk up town home has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and is turn key with all your family needs. The large master suite has an ensuite restroom, new pillow top medium firm King size bed, 50" Smart TV with premium cable, large walk-in closet, second closet with mirrors and a designated work space. The second bedroom has a new pillow top medium firm King size bed, 50" Smart TV with premium cable, and large mirrored closet. The third room is perfect as a shared kids room featuring two twin beds, two desks, a 50" Smart TV with premium cable and large mirrored closet. Relax in the bright and airy living room with a 65" Smart TV or cook dinner in the open concept fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has seating for all, including a foldable high chair for a young one. There's a pullout queen- size sleeper sofa in the living room too. Catch a sunset on the spacious lanai. It has a large 6 seat outdoor dining table and two comfortable lounge chairs with pull out ottomans. Spend the day at the community pool, pack up a family BBQ or end your day at the hot tub and rock waterfall, all an easy walk from the condo. The community centre is steps from the front door. We provide Melamine re-usable dinnerware to take to the BBQ, beach towels, cooler and wagon to pack it all up in for your beach or pool day. Ko'olinas top rated beaches are a 15 min stroll away. Take the walking path to the near-by boutiques and restaurants or take a walk along the breathtaking costal pathway that connects you from one lagoon to the other. In the garage you will find beach chairs, beach toys, floaties, a cooler and wagon. Beach Towels are provided and found in your closets. Love to golf? As a monthly guest you'll have access to the world famous Ko'olina golf club. Make your golf dream come true. You will also have access to the sports club, gym and tennis courts. We have a lovely dedicated house manager that lives nearby if you have additional requests or need more information. She is an amazing resource about the area but the house book has great information about everything on the island too. You will have the townhouse to yourself. The pool, hot tub and BBQ area is shared with other community residents. A one car garage is a part of the property with tandem parking in the driveway. The outdoor pool area is shared with other residents. You can also gain access to the community gym with your 30-day plus booking, tennis and basketball courts too! This is a self check-in unit however, our co-host, Pamela, will need to buzz you in when you first arrive. Please coordinate that time with her. Specifically, located in Ko Olina Kai community which boarders 5 of the Ko'Olina Golf Course holes too and an easy walk to the Ko'Olina Lagoons. The area features four pristine beaches called the Ko'olina lagoons. The rock jetties break the waves making it safe to swim and great snorkeling along the coral. The beaches are clean and rated the best beaches in the world! The Disney Aulani (Lagoon 1) is a quick 15 min walk away from your door. Disney's Aulani hotel, four seasons and Marriott are all a part of Ko'olina and provide amazing dining options. In the shopping area you'll find more restaurants such as MonkeyPod, Mekiko Cantina, Eggs & Things, Vintage Island Coffee, Tropic Poke, and Black Sheep Cream Co. You can find island treasures in the little boutiques and ABC country marketplace. The house is located in the gated community called Ko'olina Kai. It has an inviting large heated pool, rock lined hot tub, cabanas and lounge chairs. There are propane BBQ's for your use and we provide BBQ tools, plastic re-usable dinner ware and a wagon to pack up for a family pool day. Log onto the free wifi and work poolside for the day. The pool area is only a 2 min. walk from your door. As a month to month guest you will also have access to the world famous Ko'olina golf club just steps away. Walk the trails throughout the community and along the coastal walkways. Outside of Ko'olina you'll find nice shopping areas with movie theaters, shopping, dining and more. Easy access to the freeway makes it simple to take an island tour. A car is recommended. You'll have a one car garage with tandem driveway parking for a second vehicle if needed. The bus does not stop in Ko'olina. The closest bus stop is a 15 min walk away outside of Ko'olina. All the Ko'olina beaches and lagoons, restaurant's, shops, golfing, pool, hot tub and hotel access are all walking distance away. This is not a resort-zoned community, it is residential only. By law we can only accept 30 day min. bookings. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Our rate has been significantly discounted to a month to month rate. We apologize ahead that we sometimes are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, but we can let you know on the day prior to arrival. If needed and available, you can drop your luggage off early in the garage. Please inquire ahead of time to arrange this special request. Thank you for understanding. Our cleaning fee has been set to a minimum for long term stays. We will ask you to help keep the price low and do a minimal "move out" clean. Details will be sent to you two days before your check-out. We provide cleaning supplies and ask kthat you clean during your stay and treat the unit like your own home. Please inquire about a mid-stay clean at an additional charge if you choose not to clean. Mahalo We provide an ample supply of paper products, coffee pods and laundry detergent to get you started. It will be your responsibility to buy your own stock of these products during your stay. For liability reasons, beach umbrellas or tents are not permitted at the beaches in Ko'olina. On Oahu, all bookings under 180 days are subject to 4.5% GET and 13.25% TAT taxes. This breakdown is shown in your booking breakdown when you reserve and will be submitted by the host to the State after each booking.
