This villa is great for honeymooners, families, or couples looking to get away! Photographs are of the actual villa. - 807 sq ft of living space including the lanai! - Large lanai (balcony) with a teak dining table and chairs and a chaise lounge. - Direct Ocean Views from Every Room! - Smart TV - Complimentary 500mbps Wi-Fi - Wireless printer/scanner/copier machine. - Washer and dryer inside the villa. - Queen bed in the bedroom with high-quality mattress - Pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. - High chair and pack-n-play travel crib/playpen for Babies up to 36 in., please bring your own linen for this. Booster seat, and bed rails available upon request. - Central air conditioning with a de-Humidifier. - The kitchen has granite countertops, a wolf stove top and oven, a microwave, a small refrigerator, cookware, coffee pot, blender, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, spice rack, and more! - We include paper towels, napkins, tissue, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and mini hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your soft linens, and bath and beach towels are included as well! We manage a 4-bedroom villa, eleven 3-bedroom villas, and six studio villas. Please NO smoking or pets! PEST SPRAY IS DONE EVERY 2 MONTHS! Appliance Outages & Repairs: It is uncommon, but if anything in the villa is not working, we will order an immediate repair. Minor repairs are normally fixed by the day after you inform us. Repairs to major appliances such as Air Conditioning, Washer, Dryer, Fridge, Cooktop, and Oven can take several days to a week, and on a few occasions even longer if parts are not available on the Island, or if we need to buy a new appliance. We will refund 10% of the nightly rent, (not including tax) for each night the Air Conditioning does not work, and $30/nt for a non-working Washer, Dryer, or Fridge, $20/nt for a non-working Cooktop, or Oven; and also do whatever we can to help during the outage. For instance, we have portable cooktops, a mini fridge, and fans in our storage room and will loan to you if available. There is no refund if one of the TVs, the internet, the microwave (if it stops working, then we will provide a countertop microwave until the built in microwave is repaired or replaced), and other non-listed appliances, parts, utilities, services, and anything else in the villa stop working, however we will start on a fix immediately and keep you updated. If the Ocean Villas pool or hot tub is not heated, or is out of service for a day or two, due to unforeseen circumstances, then there will not be a refund but the association will work as quickly as possibly to get it back up and running again.
