The bedding is a King bed and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% state taxes added to all rates.  Minimum 4 night rental.   You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.
