This 3rd floor suite is less than 2 miles west of Harvard Sq. You'll have exclusive access to the space, which has a full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay. The space The suite is 5 rooms on the third floor of our house. We share a front door and stairwell only. This listing happens to be across from a cemetery. This is extremely common in this part of the country but worth noting. We have a baby living in the home, so occasional noise is possible. We strive to keep things quiet, but please be aware. As you enter, there is a living room with a TV and leather sleeper sofa and a middle room with a desk in case you need to get some work done. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a dresser if you’d like to put your clothes away. Our bathroom features the home's original claw-foot tub; I also stock the bathroom with toiletries in case you forget something. The kitchenette includes a NuWave cooktop, microwave, Keurig, and fridge. The space is secured by an electronic lock. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the third floor. You will share the front door to the house with me but otherwise the space is completely private. Other things to note This space is on the 3rd floor of an old house and there is not an elevator.
