Minimum 4-night stay. $65 Registration fee and $20/Day Resort Fee that you pay directly to Maui Eldorado upon check-in. Fee includes pools, beach cabana, fitness center, Wi-Fi and more! $260.00 cleaning fee, 17.962% state taxes added to all rates and all reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheet, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more! Cancellation Policy: **For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights): - Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date. **For Longer Stays (30+ nights): - Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
