This is a special home for our family. One that we bring family and friends together in. Whether to relax, explore, work or celebrate a special occasion, this home and its central location on the island of Kauai ticks all the boxes! The space 1 level cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a kitchen bar, small lounge or work desk, spacious lanai off the living/kitchen area and laundry room with free washer/dryer. Primary suite has king bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd ensuite has a comfy queen bed and a single bed, and adjacent bathroom. Close sliding door for en-suite privacy. Guest access Shops, restaurants and activities are in walking distance. An elevator takes you down to the Kalapaki beach. Free shuttle to the home can be arranged by calling the Royal Sonesta Resort when you arrive at Lihue airport. You can also arrange for a complimentary shuttle to the airport when you depart. To explore other parts of Kauai, you will need to rent a car or rideshare such as Uber. Golfers can take advantage of discounts exclusively for our guests at adjacent Hokuala (Timbers Resort) golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Marriott/Royal Sonesta Resort Pool available with additional daily bracelet fee required to be purchased at the resort. Feel free to park in front of the home Other things to note The cottage overlooks the bay and at any time you can watch surfers, paddlers, sail boats and occasional sea turtles and dolphins.
