GE & TA-155-977-6256-01 The space The Hawaiian Plantation style duplex on a two-acre property consists of a three bedroom main house and one bedroom house. Both units are currently being rented out as vacation rentals. The units are separated by laundry room and carport - the shared space with other guests. The spacious one-bedroom house, appx. 810 sq.ft of living space, (left side of the duplex) is very bright with lots of natural sun light and breezy trade winds. Two private entrances, a wrap-around lanai and a large private front and back porches where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail drinks. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a full bed with 100% cotton sheets. A full size pull-out sofa in the living room sleeps additional two guests. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, hot plate for cooking, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, and other essentials for cooking. The bathrooms are furnished with clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Guest access The property is located between Hilo town (30 min drive) and the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (25 min drive), convenient to explore windward side of the island. The gate lock code and other check in instructions will be provided a day before your arrival. Other things to note Our water comes from the rain water catchment system, very common for this island. It is filtered by UV light system, but it may not be best for drinking. You may want to bring your own bottled water. The laundry room and carport are common area to be shared with other guests staying in the three bedroom main house.
