Margate Beach House

Margate City, NJ is between Atlantic City & Ocean City.It is a small, clean, & safe beach town which offers great summer activities. The house is 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. Fine dining restaurants, tennis courts, playgrounds and Lucy the Elephant are minutes away in walking distance. The AC casinos are 4 miles away and offer all kinds of entertainment & fine dining.The best attraction though remains the beach. The space The whole house is a duplex. The first floor is one home, the second floor has a separate entrance and is another home. Airbnb does not offer such description so it’s listed as entire home (but not entire building). The first floor has access to the backyard & porch. On the left of the house is the access door and parking space. Guest access Main access is through the door on the left of the home, directly in front of the driveway, with the smart lock. Other things to note The home has a tankless hot water system, so although there is only one bathroom, the hot water never runs out. The Craftsman shed in the backyard can be used. Patio furniture pillows are stored there and can be used by guests. Also, the beach chairs in the shed can be used. The beds are:1 Queen, 1 full with a bunk over ,that is a twin & another twin.The top bunk is suitable for a child or small adult (weight limit). The house sleeps 6 if 2 people sleep on the full bed. 25y.o. minimum age requirement to book, or stay. No high school or college students on premises unless accompanied by at least 1 parent. This is our home, so please treat it, and our neighbors with the same respect you would treat yours. Quiet time is after 10pm. Absolutely NO PARTIES!! Front and back door are under 24hr video surveillance.
