These insects are harmless, do not bite, and do not cause damage. They are simply seeking warmth. While they do not infest indoors, an occasional bug may enter and can easily be swept out. • Pest Control: The property is professionally treated four times per year to manage seasonal pests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire second and third floors of the home via a shared main entrance, with separate doors for each unit. The shared laundry room is located on the exterior of the home.
