Charming, sunny apt with luxury bed

Newly renovated. Fiber internet. Self-check in/check out for a seamless way to unwind. Lots of natural light. Decorations with vintage flair, stocked coffee bar, full kitchen, and views of Mount Helena from the living room create a space you'll easily enjoy. Beds: Queen in the bedroom and a twin cot in the living room. The space The newly refinished private apartment is above the two garage stalls of the home. You may hear the opener around 7:45 a.m. on weekdays. Lots of natural light. Blackout curtains in the bedroom allow you to sleep in. The host lives on the main level which doesn't share any walls with your unit. A queen memory foam mattress with pillow toppers is in the bedroom and a twin cot is in the living room. Your host has been renovating the mid century home by hand. The space still retains some character of an older home. There's the original hardwood floors and baseboard heat which can be a little noisy. We're still renovating other parts of the home as the labor of love continues. Guest access Enter in the front door which leads directly up one flight of stairs. The front door to your space is at the top of the stairs. You will enter your keypad code twice: once on the exterior front door and again at the top of the stairs. The back and side yards are not currently accessible for guests. Other things to note EV CHARGING Free, off street. Please message us when you will need to charge so we can make room for you in the driveway. Your changing port needs to be close to the garage door, so park accordingly (back in or straight in). For coffee and tea: there is a Keurig, a few K-cups, drip coffee maker, French press, beans, coffee grinder, and an electric kettle. Some teas, dairy creamers, coconut based creamers, coffee syrups, and sugar are provided. There is no laundry available in the unit. There is also not a dishwasher. The space is heated with base board radiant heat. This can make some crackling or dripping noise which is normal. Late checkout fee of $50. PET POLICY Pets and animals are not allowed. Owner has a severe health and safety concern with animals so emotional support and service animals are not allowed.
