Flooded with natural light, the space is decorated with a vintage flair and designed for you to relax and unwind. Living Area & Entertainment: • Dedicated workspace perfect for remote work with high-speed fiber internet. • 40-inch HDTV with streaming services (use your own accounts). • A selection of board games and yoga mat. Kitchen & Dining: • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. • A fully stocked coffee and tea bar featuring a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, grinder, electric kettle, and a variety of coffees, teas, creamers, and syrups. Bedroom & Sleeping Arrangements: • Rest peacefully in the bedroom on a queen memory foam mattress with pillow toppers. • Blackout curtains to ensure a great night's sleep. • 32-inch HDTV with streaming services (use your own accounts). • An additional twin cot is available in the living room. Other: • Your private apartment is located above the two-car garage of our mid-century home. • While your unit is very private, you may hear the garage door opener for a moment around 7:45 a.m. on weekdays. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment located on the second floor. • Enjoy seamless self-check-in and check-out. • Entry is through the home's main front door, which leads directly up one flight of stairs to your private apartment. These stairs are slightly steeper than the current building code. • For your security, you will use a keypad code on both the exterior front door and your apartment door at the top of the stairs. • Please note that the back and side yards are not accessible to guests. Other things to note A few important details to ensure you have a comfortable stay: • Your private apartment is located above the two-car garage of our mid-century home. • As we continue to lovingly renovate our home, the space retains the character of an older house, including original hardwood floors and baseboard radiant heat. This heating system can sometimes make a normal crackling or dripping noise. • Please be aware that there is no dishwasher in the unit. • There are no laundry facilities available for guest use in the unit. FREE EV Charging Free, off street. Please message us when you will need to charge so we can make room for you in the driveway. Your changing port needs to be close to the garage door, so park accordingly (back in or straight in). Late checkout fee of $50. Check out is at 11 a.m. Pet Policy Pets and animals are not allowed. Owner has a severe health and safety concern with animals so emotional support and service animals are not allowed.
