This hidden gem is off the beaten path, making it perfect for you to escape the hustle and bustle of your busy day-to-day. You’ll love the amazing sunsets and water fun — walk out the back door directly onto the large deck and sandy beach. Message us for information about the local wineries and distilleries or for kayaking! The space This beachfront home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths including a large first floor bedroom with ensuite. Walk out the door and onto the quiet beach, sit by the water, walk along the shore, go for a swim, or enjoy water activities you love! Sleeps 12 max with 7 beds (3 beds are convertibles). The home is now equipped with Solar Panels which generally supply 100% of the power demand. All humans count as guests. Consult with us prior to booking if you are traveling with infants. Parking for 5 cars (1 in front driveway, 4 in our private parking across the street). No street parking so please inquire if you have more than 5 cars. Most residents live on this is quiet beach year-round, so please be respectful, especially with your noise level. No parties are permitted. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Salem County is a rural agricultural area, not your typical crowded Jersey shore experience. There aren’t bars or many stores, but you’ll see plenty of farm stands on your way to town filled with Jersey produce. The beach is beautiful and the water is great for swimming or water sports; however, there are no lifeguards: use of the beach and other outside areas are at renter's own risk (host is not responsible for any injury as such). Please inquire about pets. Additional fees required. Early Check-In Policy When early check-in is possible, a $30 fee per early hour applies. Please note that we can't always guarantee early check-in, especially when it's requested well in advance. If you need guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before your intended stay. Guest access Guests can enjoy the home, additional private parking and shed area across the street, front garden, back deck, private beach, and public beach and river. Other things to note All recommended Covid cleaning procedures have been implemented. We do not allow smoking inside or outside on the property. If interested, we offer mid-stay cleaning for $100.
