The space - Our newly upgraded unit is the perfect place for our guests to enjoy and relax. Book now! :) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bedroom has fans and extra bedding in the closet. There is also a queen-size air mattress located in the closet. - The living room has a pullout queen bed. - The kitchen is located next to the living room, stocked with Keurig supplies, creamer & sugar. Water filter and ice maker. (no dishwasher) - Lanai is accessed next to the living room. The lanai has bar stools and a table for enjoying the view. - The bathroom is stocked with towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. - The space is located on the third story of the building. There's no elevator or handicap accessibility. - This space has wonderful views of the sunset skyline. Located one block across from the street. The face of the space is facing the ocean. - Equip with pack-n-play, high chair, and children's silverware, dishware for families with small children. Guest access - Guest will have an access code to the Elock. - Notice to handicap and elderly people: The unit has stairs only and doesn't have an elevator. Other things to note - Parking is in any space not labeled "Reserved" however parking permit needs to be filled out and then dropped in the black box near the resident manager. (Located past the pool to the left) - No smoking is allowed within the property. The only appropriate spot is along Ali'i Dr just off the property. Please note that violators are responsible for the fines.
