The main level of the house features an expansive living and dining space along with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sweeping front porch fully equipped with patio furniture. Each bedroom features a television, full-size closet, dresser, and all bedroom and bathroom linens. This luxurious beach house and our team's round-the-clock customer service are primed to cater to all of your vacation needs. Self-check-in is available to guests for a seamless arrival. Guests have access to two off-street parking spots: one in the garage and one in the driveway. Check-in details will be sent to you the week of your reservation. Three spaces total - two in the driveway and one in the garage are open to guests in addition to free street parking (limited during the summer season). Bike rentals are also available one block over at Boardwalk Bikes and Surf Buggy Center. Our minimum age requirement is 25. We have exterior security cameras to ensure that only registered guests are present at the house. Violations to these rules will result in immediate cancellation and law enforcement intervention if necessary.
