The Water Street Loft

This loft apartment is located in the heart of downtown Decorah. Dixie's Biergarten and Pulpit Rock Breweries are less than a 1/2 mile walk. Coffee shops, excellent shopping, great restaurants, and beautiful walking/biking trails are only blocks away. The apartment is freshly renovated. The building's original hardwood floors were restored before a new kitchen and bathroom were installed. The sofa includes a queen pullout (bedding provided). The kitchen and bathroom contain all essentials. The space To enter the loft, guests will climb one flight of stairs. While the space is designed for 4 guests, if interested, guests could bring an air mattress and their own bedding. In this case, the apartment could easily fit 6 guests as there is plenty of floor space. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire loft space.
