CONSTRUCTION RATE SPECIAL!! $260 From Sept 25, 2023 to November 17, 2023 Workers will not accommodate guest occupancy schedules.  Please keep windows shut as there will be debris carried by the wind.  There will be power washing, sanding, wood grinding, possible jackhammering, and painting. There will be scaffolding and ladders at the building. The size of the building, weather, and extent of damage will determine the time it takes to complete each building.  This is a lovely bridge level unit, which means no toting heavy luggage up or down any stairs! This tastefully remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers outstanding ocean views and vibrant tropical decor! With oversized windows from the, living room, dining room, lanai and kitchen, you can’t get away from the incredible seascape views!  The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinetry with optimal storage space, stainless steel appliances and travertine flooring.  In the living room, you will find comfortable seating, including the Queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors! Take advantage of the complimentary high-speed wireless internet, free unlimited long distance calling to US & Canada and central air conditioning throughout the condo.The bedroom has a Cal King bed, and a small, private lanai space and blackout curtains!  The bathroom features a sizable walk-in, tiled shower, a large adjoined bathtub, separate vanities, with oversized mirrors and granite countertops, and personal sinks offers plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area. This condo offers a stackable washer and dryer, for additional convenience and independence during your stay.  Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath and beach towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more! 1 Cal King & Queen sofa sleeper. 4 Night minimum stay. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee.
