The space Loft-style living in a spacious, remodeled barn—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The open master loft features a king bed and expansive windows, along with two cozy sitting areas. The loft also includes a large second bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds, ideal for kids. Downstairs, a third bedroom with a queen bed sits next to the full bathroom. Enjoy comfortable living, dining, and cooking spaces with beautiful views and décor that blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Stay cozy with a wood-burning stove—firewood and a splitting maul provided! Guest access Guests will have access to a walking trail that meanders through the properties fifty acres of private land and aspen groves. There is a small vineyard on the property as well as a cabin reserved for the owners family. Other things to note Because this home is powered by a wind generator and solar panels, common sense rules about power usage will apply. There is also an on-demand hot water heater for luxurious showers! While we don't have air conditioning because of the off-grid power, we provide portable fans. We also have windows in the upstairs loft that open and provide a nice cross breeze in the evening. Our house manual will include more information on the unique off-grid supported authentic way of living. Wi-Fi provided. Smart TV; bring your own laptop to streaming through a provided HDMI cable. You can let your pets roam in two fenced yards. Pets are allowed, but not on the furniture or beds, or unattended and loose in the house. We do provide a kennel. Please pick up pet waste. Users of AT&T and T-Mobile cellular plans have coverage out here, but Verizon does not.
