Welcome to Comfortable and Friendly! This is not a house rental but a room rental. You will have two spacious rooms with a private bathroom upstairs. If you want to cook, we can use our shared kitchen downstairs where the hosts live. Our house is a perfect place for the guests who want to experience both the vibrant city Boston and the beautiful rustic metro. You are welcome to contract me at any time. We are all fully vaccinated here. Our house is located in a historical neighborhood of typical New England. You would enjoy beautiful gardens and houses in this area. Its location is very convenient for travelers with a car. It is just 5 min away from a highway exit, and we have a parking spot for our guests. It is not impossible to travel to our house by public transportation. Commuter train stations in our neighborhood are app. 15-25 min away by walk, and the nearby stop for the bus which connects you to Orange-Line subways is 20 min away by walk. We usually provide our guests free ride services to the stations.
