The 1st bedroom has a Queen Size bed. A twin bed over full size bunk bed, plus a twin bed are in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have all the beddings to help you get a good night's sleep. There are dressers, closet space, ironing board & iron; the larger of the two bedrooms has a desk for working as well. NEWLY renovated bathroom with shower & NEWLY renovated eat-in kitchen to prepare home cooked meals! Too lazy to cook, there are plenty of dining options and a variety of restaurants nearby to serve the most diverse palate. There are two flat screen TV's, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom - both equipped with HBOMax, Disney+ & Netflix and high speed internet in the house as well. You have access to the washer and dryer in the basement so pack lighter if you wish. Please note: This is not a 5 star Ritz Carlton accomodation - the house is older and charming and if you want a quintessential New England home, then our place is for you. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment which is private as is the entrance. There is no shared spaces other than the basement which is where your exclusive use of washer/dryer is located. We, the hosts, are living on the other side and would enjoy the very few occasions when our paths might cross. Trash can be placed in the trash cans outside, to the right of the front door where the wooden shed (and metal shed) are sitting back to back.
