There is an elevator and the property has monthly pest control. Although unlikely, may see wildlife. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent pests and wildlife from accessing property. We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches ( I.e bleach stains, burn marks, or tears.) furthermore our Housekeeping does their best to make sure that there are no hairs in the towels, if a hair is left behind, it's from the Housekeeping staff. We strive for this that never happen. If you are not satisfied with our linens please let us know, and we will swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the proper number of guests as linens are prepared for the number of guests. If water pressure fluctuates please reach out to hosts to restart the pumps for you or walk you through how to restart pumps. It's very easy and quick. We have exterior surveillance cameras for your safety and the protection of the property. Cameras record sound and video. There are Minut sound monitoring systems in the living room of the apartment to prevent parties and gatherings and enforce quiet hours. If you violate the house rules you will be asked to leave with out refund and additional penalties may apply. Video surveillance in exterior, laundry rooms, and hallways. There are no video cameras or surveillance in any apartments. We do however have Minut sound monitoring as required by the city of New Orleans Short Term Rental Department in the living room of the apartment to enforce quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Violating the quiet hours, or having unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in your reservation being cancelled and you will be asked to leave with out refund.
