You will like this place because it is a real house, with a real yard, in a real neighborhood, and it's close to NYC! Enjoy a master bedroom, onsite parking, laundry, WIFI, living room(w/ pull out sofa bed), dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, a family room w/ 43" LCD TV, and workspace. NY trains take about 45 minutes(walk to trains). My place is great for couples, biz travelers, grad students and families with kids. Uber/Lyft. Long-term guests are welcome. IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES The space This is a great place for individuals or groups who want to save money and enjoy the creature comforts of a home instead of a cramped hotel room. This is an older house, but it has all the necessities. There's a brand new boiler. The floors were just refinished. The kitchen, bathroom, and family room are freshly painted. However, while the house is very livable and very comfortable work remains to be done. Guest access The whole house is yours. Guests will have the master bedroom on the second floor(the other two bedrooms are used for storage) and the entire first floor consisting of a family room, kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a pull out couch that sleeps two people. The living room also features a non-working fireplace. Other things to note I usually answer questions immediately so you dont have to wait.
