You will like this place because it is a real house, with a real yard, in a real neighborhood, and it's close to NYC! Enjoy a master bedroom, onsite parking, laundry, WIFI, living room(w/ pull out sofa bed), dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, a family room w/ 43" LCD TV, and workspace. NY trains take about 45 minutes(walk to trains). My place is great for couples, biz travelers, grad students and families with kids. Uber/Lyft. Long-term guests are welcome. This is an older house, but it has all the necessities. There's a brand new boiler. The floors were just refinished. The kitchen, bathroom, and family room are freshly painted. However, while the house is very livable and very comfortable work remains to be done. The whole house is yours. Guests will have the master bedroom on the second floor(the other two bedrooms are used for storage) and the entire first floor consisting of a family room, kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a pull out couch that sleeps two people. Take a walk through the town center and you will see why. Closer to the house you will find a small convenient shopping mall within walking distance. It has a really nice sushi restaurant that's great for entertaining clients as well as a Staples that business travelers will find helpful. There's also an Indian restaurant, pizza, Chinese takeout, and a UPS shop for sending and receiving packages. The area is full of American history. The Rockefellers once lived here and George Washington maintained his headquarters in nearby Morristown during the Revolutionary War. One of the best kept secrets of the area is Jockey Hollow where many battles of the Revolution were fought. The area is a national historical park and tours are available. It's very beautiful and also great for picnics, The area is offers high end shopping at the Short Hills Malls( Nordstroms and Macy's) NJ Transit to NYC(15-20 minute walk) Uber, Lyft(6 dollar ride to the train) Plenty of Uber and Lyfts in the area.
